I made this card recently for a workshop demo. Circle Circus is a very versatile stamp set as you can use it for almost any occasion including male cards which we all find a little challenging sometimes. I stamped the large circle a number of times on white cardstock using Tangerine Tango and So Safron, then using various size circle punches and the scallop circle punch I layered them up for a different effect.
